Every artist has moments where they feel as though they have reached the highest point of the creative abilities. They feel as though they are at the best they can be, with no more potential. They essentially have writers block, for me that would be photography block. Moments where I can't think of anything new to do with my photography. Sometimes it lasts a few hours, sometimes it lasts a few days, it has lasted weeks before (most frustrating weeks of my life..). There is something that has helped me push through and even grow as an artist, and that is looking up some of the people I look up to in the photography industry. So below I have listed people who I essentially Instagram stalk until I feel inspired and motivated once again:

Hi! I am so glad you are here! I just wanted to post a quick little something to introduce myself and this blog.
My name is Jordan Day, I am a senior at Azusa Pacific University majoring in communication and media studies, I am a photographer based in Southern California, and I spend most of my free time at Disneyland. I am currently the social media intern for the APU Football Team, and starting in January I will be part of APU's social media team, running the university's accounts alongside a team of great people that I am excited to learn from. I also spent last summer teamed up with the CEO of Group-B Strep International, helping with their website and social media accounts. Those are essentially the main things you need to know about me and where I am in life right now, but if you want to know more go check out the ABOUT section on this website.
I do have a passion for taking photos, but along with that comes a passion for creating all different types of content to be shared via social media with the world. Throughout my years at APU I have studied social media and the importance it plays in today's world. Through my love for photography and sharing content, it has led me down this interesting career path that I did not even know was real. I am pursuing a career as a social media manager, as well as a photographer, and so through this blog, I will also be sharing fun articles, books, videos, and anything else that I find helpful when it comes to knowing the ins and outs of the social media world.
Throughout this blog, I will be sharing with you my thoughts and inspirations. I will show you what keeps me inspired to keep pursuing this thing called photography, as well as show you some of my favorite sources on the importance of social media.
Thanks for reading :)
